With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Bretecher (Oak Bluff, Manitoba), who passed away on June 17, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Noel Brétécher. He is survived by: his wife Josée; his daughters, Mélanie and Julie; his mother Suzanne; his sister Danielle (Bert); his nephews, Justin, Derik and Zach; his sister-in-law Jaye (Joel); his nephews, André and Daniel; his parents-in-law, Gaetan and Pierrette Gosselin; and his pet Ginger.
