She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugène Genest and Marguerite; and her sister-in-law Sylvia Grendus. She is survived by: her siblings, Charles Genest, Marcelle Genest, Simonne Richard (Denis) and Jean Genest; her nieces and nephews, Michelle (Jeffrey), Melanie (Martin), Michael, Stephanie (Wayne), Jennifer (Daniel), Kristin (Chris), Jeannette, Jean, Marc, Daniel, Paul and Robert; and her friend Michael Jefferies. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
