She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Maré and Annette De Maré; and her sister Diane De Maré. She is survived by: her husband Émile (Chou); her stepdaughters, Lisa Henderson (Ken) and Ginette Dymond (Craig); her grandchildren, Daira, Carlee, Logan and Ashley; her siblings, Roger De Maré (Sandra), Lauraine (Marcel Bérard) and Daniel De Maré; her nieces, Zoé, Tiffany and Kirstyn (family: Arnold, Teresa, Brayan, Melanie); and her pet Peso. She is also survived by numerous in-laws, great niece and nephews, and her family.
