It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Georgette Durand of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba, who passed away on May 31, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Deurbrouck and Augustine; her parents-in-law, Auguste Durand and Irène; and her siblings-in-law, Albert Durand, Emile Philippe, Maurice Durand, Raymond and Clémence Mao (Jean).
She is survived by: her husband Gabriel Durand; her children, Claude Durand (Wendy), Angéla Durand, Michel Durand (Louise), Laurent Durand (Patricia) and Marc Durand (Joanne); her grandchildren, Matt, Regan, Melissa (James), Marina (Russell), Eliette, Marie, Daniel, Claire, Jocelyne, Brett and Emma; her great grandchildren, Sophie and Sara; her sister Anita Bibault (Rudy Robitaille); and her siblings-in-law, Val Durand, Lucienne Philippe and Suzanne Durand. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.
Memorial donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society or to the Notre Dame Foyer Health Foundation Adam's Funeral Home of Notre Dame de Lourdes, Manitoba in care of arrangements.
