He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Pouteau and Madeleine; and his nephew Kyle Sampson. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Frey (Walter) and Garnet Pouteau (Jeannine); his nieces and nephews, Jessie Pouteau, Brittany Van De Kerckhove, Jacqueline Lock, Twyla Sampson, Selena Nisbet and Kendell Sampson; and his sister-in-law Jeannine.
