He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Comte and Cécile Comte; his parents-in-law, Benoit, Lucille and Georgette Robidoux; his brother Michel Comte; and his siblings-in-law, Simone Comte, Barbara Comte, Wayne Deschouwer and John McNab.
He is survived by: his wife Gisèle; his children, Danielle Comte (Dominic), Joël Comte (Carla), Monique Baete (Ryan) and Gilles Comte (Nathalie); his grandchildren, Joshua, Hélène Comte, Liam and Jessenia Baete; and his parents-in-law, Jean Comte, Marie Comte, Suzanne Comte (Geof), Aubert Comte, Céline Comte (Hank), Clémence Deschouwer, Alain Comte (Lorraine), Alice Gautron (Aimé), Fernand Comte (Nicole), Léo Comte (Audrey), Claudette Delaquis (Marc), Claude Robidoux (Rose-Marie), Jeannine Chanel (Gilbert) and Vivianne Robidoux. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
