He is survived by: his mother Ellen Penner (Peters) of Virden; his brothers, Tom and Troy; his father Ed Penner; his siblings, Greg Penner (Diane) of Kola, Travis Penner (Rose) of Virden, Bob Penner (Martha) of Kola, Lawrence Penner (Becki) of Kola, Tony Penner (Angela) of Maryfield and Angela Meier (Dieter) of Brandon; and his nieces and nephews, Brett Konkin, Allister Penner (Rachael), Adrian, Annika, Conrad Penner (Shantelle), Seth, Amelia, Lilly, Milo, Zac Penner (Lacie), Swade, Blaze, Derek Penner (Janine), Xander, Tristin, Mya, Avery, Nick Penner (Melissa), Aria, Macy, Lexi, Tyarra Barker (Jason), Chanel, Bria, Saige, Danny Penner (Sarah Bloomer), Isabella, Rhett Penner (Brittny), Roman, Gunner, Dillon, Samantha Penner, Paige Ostroman, Thomas and Michelle Meier. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
