He was predeceased by: his children, Aaron and Cassie; and his parents, Jim Palmer and Bernice Palmer (Moore). He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Evans Palmer; and his children, Gary Allen, Vanessa and Amanda. He is also survived by many grandchildren and numerous extended relatives & friends.
