He was predeceased by: his wife Margaretha; his parents, John Zacharias and Aganetha Zacharias; and his siblings, Aron and Nettie.
He is survived by: his children, Maria, Phil, John and Russ; and his siblings, Anne, Helen, Marge, John, Bill, Jake and Abe. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, April 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Morris Funeral Home (136 James St, Morris, MB R0G1K0). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Emmanuel Baptiste Church (162 Railroad Ave, Morris, MB R0G1K0).
