He was predeceased by: his wife Muriel; his daughter Angela; and his parents, Paul Brandt and Myrtle Brandt. He is survived by: his children, James (Sherisse), Michelle Klassen (Brennan) and Jody Fehr (Josh); and his grandchildren, Sully Brandt, Tyler, Dylan, Bryce, Brady Klassen, Ethan, Grady and Hailey Fehr.

Donations in Murray's memory may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
