She was predeceased by: her husband Jake Klassen; her parents, Henry Derksen and Sarah Derksen; and her siblings, Caroline Buhr and Eddy Derksen.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Sawatzky (Al), Jeanette Bergstresser (Dean) and Robert Klassen (Colleen). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba.
