He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Burton and Dot Burton (Gardiner); his siblings, Billie, Deryl, Gardiner and Donna; and his grandson Michael.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Andrew; his daughter Renée Englot (Curtis); his granddaughters, Georgia and Sadie; his son Tim (Jill); his grandsons, Kinley, Oliver and Nate; his son Matt (Amanda); and his grandsons, Caleb and Lucas. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Phil's memory to the Boundary Trails Health Centre Foundation designated to Palliative Care.
