She is survived by: her husband Alvin Jurgens; her sons, Christopher and Scott Gray (Tiffany); her stepsons, Kevin and Danny Jurgens; her grandchildren, Karissa Lynn, Olivia Jean, Sabine, Boden, Makynlee, Annorah Gray, Ellery, Chase, Brielle and Jett Jurgens; her nieces and nephews, Becky Mayerly, Debbie Thacker, Robert and Benjiman Dewbury; her son Daniel Kutcher; and her sister-in-law Lynn Gray.
