Though Hazel Gwen may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Hazel Gwen touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Rothenburger and Gladys Rothenburger; and her sister Mavis Hart (Jack). She is survived by: her husband Vernon Vincent; her children, Darren Vincent (Beryl) and Denine Popik (Brad); her siblings, Jeanette Hodgins (Murray) and James Rothenburger; and her grandchildren, Tristen Vincent, Brady Vincent and Calista Popik. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's United Church - Morden (353 Thornhill St, Morden, MB R6M1M8).
