He was predeceased by: his parents, Gordan Boulton and Vera Boulton. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughters, Korina Javier, Harvey Javier, Peters Javier and Robyn Cepeda Javier; and his grandchildren, Tyler (Brittney), Jade, Kahari, Alaila and Kezra.
