He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Mulholland and Garnet Mulholland. He is survived by: his wife Tina Mulholland; his children, Mary D'Hoore, Tara Ketler, James Mulholland and Charline Mulholland; and his siblings, Liz Mulholland and Terry Mulholland. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
