He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Norris and Maureen Norris; his siblings, Heather Waldner and Robert Norris; and his brother-in-law Zack Waldner.

He is survived by: his son William Norris (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Alexandria, Rebecca, Anthony and Jadzia; his close friend Jo-Anne Karpiuk; his siblings, Lynne Dodge (Mark), Howard Norris, Maureen Waldner, Karen Emms (Alfred), Kathy Norris and Donald Norris (Diana); and his siblings-in-law, Jackie Norris and John Waldner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Donations may be given to the Virden Palliative Care Fund, Box 400, Virden, MB. R0M 2C0.
