He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kenneth and Mary Frances Cairns (Campion); his siblings, Bob Cairns (Freda), Mac Cairns (Lil) and Maureen Campbell (Alec); and his brothers-in-law, Lou Deeley and Bud Deeley.
He is survived by: his wife Kay Cairns (Deeley); his daughters, Wanda Radies (Al), Luanne Heath (Kent), Glenda Poirier (Gil) and Sharla Cairns (Roger Willis); and his sister-in-law Mavis Deeley. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
