He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Novak and Anna Novak; his sons-in-law, Curtis Grudeski and Pete Doan; and his brother-in-law Alvin Cale.
He is survived by: his brother Ernest; his wife Darlene; his close friend Herb Benson; his daughters, Brenda Grudeski Smith (Andy) and Debbie Novak; his grandchildren, Jeremy (Katie), Dustin (Kayley), Lindsay (Matthew) and Brady (Stephanie); his great grandchildren, Logan, Rosie Grudeski and Parker Henry Smith; and his sister Lillian Cale (Ernest Novak).
A funeral service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the McCreary Legion Hall (431 1 Ave, McCreary, MB R0J1B0).
