He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix and Isabelle; his siblings, Andrew (Virginia), Joseph, Uriel (Nathaniel) and Mercedes; and his siblings-in-law, Deke, Bob, Eldon, Nathaniel Whalen, Paul Whalen and Betty Stringer (Jonah).
He is survived by: his children, Angela, Francis Jr., Darlene (Freeman) and Neil (Catherine); his grandchildren, Jennifer Lee, Jessica, Nicholas, Alana, Cole and Alicia; his great grandchild Emma Lee Mary; his siblings, Patrick (Margaret), Eugene (Lena), Genevieve (Tiago), Madeline, Angela and Maureen (Eli); and his siblings-in-law, Catharine, Edward (Anne), Lillian (Ted), Sylvia (Randy), Marlene (Ron) and Darlene (Brad).
Donations in Francis' memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
