He was predeceased by: his father Boyd; and his father-in-law Robert Creith Passed Away. He is survived by: his wife Lori; his children, Gerrit, Angela and Megan; his mother Joyce; his siblings, Terry, Jeff and Gerrit; and his spouse Pam (Ching). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
