He was predeceased by: his son Kevin; and his parents, Ted and Pat. He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Laura; his grandson Zac; his son David; his daughter-in-law Leanne; his granddaughters, Emily and Amy; and his sisters, Marilyn, Rita Davis (Gary) and Jodie Wilson (Cam).
