He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Cook and Shirley Cook; his wife Gordene Bray; and his brothers-in-law, Ken Swain, Roy Freeman, Greg Bray and Brett Bray.
He is survived by: his sisters, Joan Swain, Linda Freeman and Faye Cook; his children, Pamela McKelvy (Jason) and Randy Cook (Ashley Bee); and his grandchildren, Declan, Keegan McKelvy, Emma and Riley Cook. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
