He is survived by: his daughter Melanie; his grandchildren, Sarah, Jordan, Tyson, Adam, Jamal and Zaynah; his caregiver Kathy Hannah (family: Melissa, Lindsay, Jennifer, Chris); and his siblings, Lory, Kevin, Trevor, Tim, Sharon and Tammy.
