Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Lorne Monkman of Libau, Manitoba, born in Loon Straits, Manitoba, who passed away at the age of 72, on August 10, 2020. He is survived by: his wife Michelle; his sons, Kirk (Rose) and Kirby (Nasrin); his grandchildren, Bryson, Soraya, Brandon, Breanna, Erin and Connor; his siblings, Gerry, Willie, Ernie, Fred, John, Darlene, Jackie, Diane and Laurel; and also, Alice, Kirk and Kirby.
Due to this terrible time we live in, due to covid-19, the family has made the tough decision to have a grave side interment in Loon Straits and will postpone a Celebration of Lorne's Life to a future date when it is safer to gather.
He was very involved in many charities and loved to help out with donations.
