He is survived by: his wife Bonnie; and his children, Matthew (Kathy), Jonah (Emily), Jadon, Gabriel, Amariah, Jeremy, Zacchaeus, Zephaniah, Izabella, Azalea, Kelly (Trevor), Trent, Faith, Caleb (Vanessa), Isaiah, Silas, Levi, Benjamin (Lynne), Keely, Madison and Willow.
