She was predeceased by: her husband Henry R. Penner; her parents, Clarence Bell and Ethel Bell; her father-in-law David F.; her brothers, Clare and Glen Bell; and her parents-in-law, Elnora, Arno Kroeker, Evelyn, Dan Giesbrecht, John Barkman, Peter Loewen and Stan Penner.
She is survived by: her children, Layna Penner (Fred Goeke), Mona Penner and Lucas Penner (Jackie Hogue); her grandchildren, Kirsten (Nishal Rao), Signe and Lara Penner-Goeke; and her parents-in-law, Donna May Bell, Caroline Loewen, Rose Penner, Wes Penner, Ruth Penner, Winston, Viola Penner, Ken, Helen Penner, Leonard and Hettie Penner. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
