He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Tootoo; his daughter Tara Fotheringham (Bryan); his grandchildren, Brett and Masha-May; his siblings, Claude, Marco, Éric and Josée; and his nieces and nephews, Donovan, Ismaël, Anais and Nitya. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
