He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack and Iris; his brother Bruce; his nephew Wayne; his son Keith; and his grandsons, Matthew (Chad), Archie (Caroline), Dennis, Leonard and Pat (Marguerite).

He is survived by: his wife Yolanda; his children, Viki (Henry), David (Nicole), Bruce (Tara), Bryan and Ian (Prescilla); his sisters, Joy, Gayle (Loch) and Susan (Wayne); and his siblings-in-law, Phyllis, Jeannette (Jack), Helen (Frank), Gail, Maurice (Nancy) and Francois. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
