He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan and Leslie; his father-in-law Alec Laforte; and his brother-in-law Robert Laforte. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his daughter Cora (Jason); his grandchildren, Alec, Anders, Anthony and Zayna; his son Myles (Priscilla); his grandchild Jakob; his siblings, Linda (Paul) and Neil (Anne); his mother-in-law Evelyn Laforte; his siblings-in-law, Harold (Joanna), Roland (Sandi), Alvin (Patti), Verne (Margaret), Michelle (Danny) and Isabelle; and his close friend Molly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, close friends.
