He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Lavallee and Eva Lavallee. He is survived by: his wife Paulette; his children, Patrick (Nanette), David (Caroline), Carole and Nicole (Ricardo); his grandchildren, Matthew, Sydney, MacKenzie (Colin), Brett, Alec, Damion, Desiree, Kevin, Malik and Shakiem; his children, MacKenzie and Emily; his aunt Cecile Vouriot; his sister Simone Pauquette; and his siblings-in-law, Lucien Lussier, Laurette Fillion (Oliver) and Marie Lussier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
