With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Carmelle Gagnon (La Broquerie, Manitoba), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 11, 2024. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pierre St-Hilaire and Arthémise St-Hilaire; her brother Gérard St-Hilaire; her parents-in-law, Paul-Émile and Rosina Gagnon; and her siblings-in-law, Gérard Vermette, Wilfred, Yvette Turenne, Oscar Gagnon, Guy Taillefer, Joseph Gagnon, Jeannette, Donat Désorcy, Gilberte, Lorne Friesen and Lynda Gagnon.

She is survived by: her husband Roland Gagnon; her children, Daniel (Suzanne Prestage) and Joanne (Roger Roch); her grandchildren, Mitchel, Colin, Émélie, Nathan, Damien, Lexie and Stéphanie; her siblings, Cécile Vermette, Lorraine St-Hilaire and André St-Hilaire (Éveline); and her siblings-in-law, Judy St-Hilaire, Claire, Gilles Désorcy, Estelle Taillefer, Lillian Gagnon, Louis Gagnon and Yvette Gagnon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family will be grateful if donations to St. Joachim Church or to a charity of your choice be made in lieu of flowers.
