He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kishka and Anne Kishka; and his grandparents, John, Pauline Rogodzinski, Michael and Rose Kishka.
He is survived by: his wife Ann; his son Steven (Rebecca); his granddaughter Olivia; his brother David (Stephanie); his nieces, Vanessa (Travis), Bridget and Brittney; and also Rick.
