He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom and Elsie; and his siblings, Louis, Roy, Ronald, Mervin, Dwayne, James, Jerry, Emily Krieser and Joyce Lawrence.
He is survived by: his brothers, George Mulligan (Phyllis) of Glenboro, Melvin Mulligan (Joyce) of Rivers and Barry Mulligan of Brandon.
