She was predeceased by: her parents, George Phillips and Lela Phillips (Graham); her siblings, Gordon, Harold, John Phillips, Irene Phillips and Dorothy Hicks; her son-in-law Larry Nelson; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Phillips, Donna Phillips and Elmer Hicks.
She is survived by: her husband Watson Roper; her children, Allan Roper (Christina) of Hartney, Dianne Jackson (Paul) of Cranbrook, BC, Brenda Cassils (Perry) of Deloraine, Georgia Dangstorp (Ken) of Alameda, SK and Colleen Nelson of Turtleford, SK; her brother Clare Phillips of Hartney; her grandchildren, Lisa Howes (Adam) of Calgary, Juliana Mosby of Calgary, Dana Mosby of Nanaimo, Jordan Roper (Stephanie) of Reston, Carly Zacharias (Steve) of Winnipeg, Jonathan Cassils of Deloraine, Drew Nelson of Turtleford, SK and Landon Nelson of Saskatoon, SK; her great grandchildren, Kadence Howes, Isla, Knox, Sutton Roper and Edie Zacharias; and her mothers-in-law, Edie Phillips of Ottawa, Patricia Phillips of Hartney, Hazel Hicks (Bob) of Souris and Grace Guttman (Vern). She is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
