He was predeceased by: his parents, Mike Michaluk and Teenie Michaluk; and his brothers, Merv Michaluk and Wally Michaluk. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Michaluk; his children, Gerald Michaluk (Barb Buchannon) and Jackie Coulter (Bruce); his grandchildren, Jake Coulter, Emma Geekie (Morgan), Logan Michaluk, Nikki Michaluk, Matt Jaques, Chris Jaques and Kaitlyn Cameron (Scott); and his great grandchildren, Myles Jaques, Ellie and Mia Cameron.
