It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bernhard Krause of Grunthal, Manitoba, who passed away on February 8, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Bernhard has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his former wife Aganetha Wiebe; his parents, Bernhard Krause and Margaretha Krause (Falk); and his son Ernie Krause. He is survived by: his children, Erika Weatherl (Aaron), Frida McKay, Darlene Penner (Myron), Anita Henderson (Ian), Irvin Krause (Marcia) and Elnora Hildebrand (Jeff). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren, one brother, two sisters and their spouses and many other relatives and friends.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Birchwood Funeral Chapel (162 MB-52, Steinbach, MB R5G1Y1).
