He was predeceased by: his parent Robert Williamson of Grandview; his wife Teri Williamson; his children, Brenda Gill and Robert Williamson; and his siblings, Ira Williamson, Arnold Williamson, Alice Thompson, Celia King, Ella Jones and Fern Williamson.

He is survived by: his parent Ethel Williamson of Grandview; his children, Lynda Lemaire (Patrick) of Kingston, Patricia Coward (Douglas) of Brockville, Susan Weststrate of Toronto and Garry Williamson (Nancy) of North Augusta; his grandchildren, Shane, Keirstin, Danna, Marcus Thames, Jessica, Nicholas, Benjamin, Jennifer, Chad, James Spencer, Paul, Tahneen, Troy, Chiara, Alina and Dayn; and his daughter-in-law Darlene Williamson.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society will be gratefully acknowledged.
