He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean (Fitzsimmons) and Hughie. He is survived by: his wife Linda (Gregory); his brother Gordon Rankmore (Sharon) of Carberry, MB; his nephews, Scott (Sharon) and Kelly (Leone); his great-nieces, Reese and Kenzie; his brother-in-law Dwain Gregory of Winnipeg, MB; his nieces, Angela, Carolyn and Cheryl; and his nephew James.
At that point, Linda became a fan too, and they never missed a year of baseball until covid stopped everyone from travelling.
