Sveinn Egilson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sveinn Egilson of Gladstone, Manitoba, born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, who passed away on March 31, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Sveinn "Swannie" Egilson and Sigridur "Sigga" Egilson; his sister Marjorie (Langruth); his wife JoAnn; his children, Kelly, Alan (Rebecca), Jayme (Jarratt) and Kristopher (Clorissa); and his grandchildren, David, Lochlan, Adelyn, Olafur and Anders. He was also cherished by uncle to his sister's children.
