He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Beaulieu and Louisa Beaulieu; his son Ray Monkman; his siblings, Big Joe Beaulieu, Boxer Beaulieu, Edward Beaulieu, Eleanor Beaulieu, Caroline Beaulieu, Joyce Mcfarland, Marcella Beaulieu and Raven Beardy; and his nephews, Yogi Beaulieu, Peter Beaulieu and Barry Roulette of Kelvin.
He is survived by: his wife Eileen Beaulieu; his children, Steven James Jr., Angela, Cynthia, Lawrence, Cheryl, Arlan, Heather, Evan and Dennis; and his siblings, Rudy (Audrey Ann), Morgan (Lavina), Cory (Karen), Bernice, Madgeleine (Bly), Audrey (Tony) and Waltrina (Gino). He is also survived by many cousins, neices, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and friends.
