He is survived by: his daughters, Gayle Gowan (Colin) and Heather Kirkland (Laurie); his daughter-in-law Jo-anne Olson; his grandchildren, Bryan Gowan (Stacey), Rylee, Kolby, Shauna Fehr (Matthew), Caitlyn, Jacob, Kirsten, Thomas, Myles Gowan (Shannon), Kelly, Ashlyn, Alexis, Kori, Jamie Kirkland (Jenny) and Jason Kirkland; his brother Bob Olson; his brother-in-law Arnold Flatt; and his niece Barb Grumpelt (Ed).
