It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherina A. Doerksen (Gladstone, Manitoba), who passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Katherina departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Katherina may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Katherina leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerhardt Rempel and Anna Rempel; and her significant other Jake Doerksen.
