He was predeceased by: his parents, Leona and James (Diane); and his sister Yvonne. He is survived by: his daughter Melanie; his grandchildren, Brooke and Tyler; his son Jeff (Jillian); his grandchildren, Carter and Ellie; and his significant other Muriel Slemko. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
