He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald McDougall and Dorothy McDougall; and his wife Elva. He is survived by: his daughter Linda (Allan); his brother Neil (Sharon); and his sisters-in-law, Phyllis, Lorna and Cecile. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and good friends.
