He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyzie Roulette and Jean Baptiste "Sam" Roulette; his wife Shirley Richard; his siblings, Eugene, Camille, Russell, Lucille and Rose; his daughter LeeAnn Quipp; and his grandchildren, Brett, Joby, John, Julius and Illa.
He is survived by: his children, Jeremy (Audrey), Candace, Melissa (Larry), Terrance (Crystal), Jo-Anne (Jeremy) and Sarah (Josh). He is also survived by his cousins, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and godchildren.
