He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Hurak and Kay Hurak. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard, Alfred, Jerry (Caroline), Mary Bergman, Joan Kristofferson (Keith) and Betty Lubinski (Andy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
