He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrzej Kapeluch and Katarzyna (Madejczyk); and his sister Halina. He is survived by: his wife Bozena (Grabarczyk); his son Nick; and his brother Bogdan. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
