He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph and Yvonne; his siblings, Zephyre, Roger, Eldege, Joseph, Jeannette Rennie and Delia Chouinard; his siblings-in-law, Rosaire Bisaillon, Léo Chouinard, Emile Fontaine, Lonia and Isabel; his nephew Codin Badescu (Eddie); his father-in-law Auray Meilleur; and his brother-in-law Robert Wedensky.

He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline; his children, Darcy (Heidi), Tyson (Bonnie), Jennifer (Jon) and Crystal (Cary); his grandchildren, Aiden, Bronwyn, Kylee, Alanis, Morgan and Finley; his stepgrandchildren, Sarah and Zachary; his siblings, Solange Fontaine, Roland, Phillip (Simone), Annette Bisaillon, Robert (Susan), Lorraine Saucier (Denis), Aurele, Lea Parsons (Jeff), Claude (Bonnie), Ronald (Adele), Claudette Gagnon (Randy) and Gisele Badescu (Eduardo); his sisters-in-law, Anita and Megan; and his mother-in-law Simonne Meilleur. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
