She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Gowler; her parents, Jenny Rudy and Jacob Rudy; her brother Edgar; her siblings-in-law, Arlene Rudy, Emily and Allen Gowler; her nephews, Terry Rudy and Mitch Gowler; and her niece Michelle Killam.

She is survived by: her children, Randy Gowler (Darlene) and Darcy Truthwaite (Brian); her granddaughter Jessica Meisner (Cole); her sister Vera Wilson (Fred); and her siblings-in-law, Marg, Ken Gowler, Merna and Casy Gowler.
